Q: What are these titles I see with stars under peoples usernames?

A: These are known as post count ranks and will be awarded as followed:

Newbie: 1-99 Posts - 1 Star
Regular: 100-499 Posts - 2 Stars
Veteran: 500-999 Posts - 3 Stars
Elite: 1,000-4,999 Posts - 4 Stars
Legend: 5,000+ Posts - 5 Stars


Q: What are Member Battles?

A: The member battle topics are to be held once a month and are basically meant for forum updates like top 10 posters, forums lifetime to date, newest member registered, and for a little fun, two members pitted against eachother in a member battle match up, the winner voted for by way of a poll, and the winners of previous member battles listed. Other fun stuff will sometimes be posted in these topics like funny stories and/or pictures.


Q: What are all these post count celebration topics for?

A: These topics are just for fun. Any member can make a post count celebration topic at anytime they choose. These topics should all have the following:

1. Your post count that you are celebrating
2. A random poll of your choosing for fun
3. "Mentions" which is a list of members you would like to say friendly and/or joke comments to


Q: How do I post media content like pictures, videos, and flash files?

A: In order to post images you must use format tags. You may access these features when you are posting a new topic or message with the option buttons which are directly under the topic title and directly above the text box where you type your posts.

You may also choose to type in the tags manually if you want. The following use these format tags:

Images -
Flash - [flash] [/flash]
Video - [youtube] [/youtube] OR [dailymotion] [/dailymotion]

When posting flash files you MUST be sure that the files URL you are posting ends in .swf or it will not work. If you wish to post a flash file that does not end in .swf in the URL, just post the link to the flash.

When posting videos, you may ONLY post YouTube or DailyMotion videos, and the videos URL's must have the embedding feature turned on. YouTube and Dailymotion websites themselves will specify if the video you wish to post has allowed off site embedding. If not, it will not work. In this case, just post the link to the video.


Q: How do I make a poll?

A: When you make a topic you would like to add a poll to, simply scroll down towards the bottom of the "Post a new topic" page, below the text box where you type your post, and you will see the feature to add a poll.
